Sorry for the long absence. But maybe not really. I've actually been enjoying life and the beautiful weather and my kids, etc.... My lovely Olivia up and left us for a job at my cousin's place in Montana so that's been a major "leading up too....and resettling after...." situation. It's strange trying to find a new balance when someone leaves so we are in a bit of an upheaval and scrambling to re-organize everything. We are missing her but enjoy hearing about all the things she is doing.
I have been very busy and crafty too and will start posting everything this week. I have a new pattern review I want to post but don't have the brain power for it right now so I'll share some more spray painting adventure. I had fun re-painting this cute little shelf that's been hanging in my office gathering various stuff and copious cobwebs.
Joey glued a little cheap trim under the shelves (9.00 for that I think). I spray painted it and dug my white dishes out of the back of the pantry. I think it's darling on my freshly painted kitchen wall. I painted it blue not too long ago but wanted to tone it down just a little bit so it was more of a "backdrop" instead of being the main event. I like it.
I'm working on lots of other things and hoping to reveal some of them soon. Please continue to pray for the people of Japan (thank God for facebook where we found out all of our friends over there are safe!).
